Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Chief Gregory H. Meyer, in conjunction with the Lakewood Police Department’s PBA and SOA, has joined the effort to support Lakewood FMBA Local 80 and Local 380 in their campaign to raise funds during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During the month of October, Officers will be authorized to wear customized baseball hats that are designed to increase awareness and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure for the disease which affects about 1 in every 8 U.S. women.

All proceeds from the hats will benefit the Cancer Unit of the Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus here in Lakewood (formally Kimball Medical Center).

Not available for public sale.
