June 10, 2024, Officer Alexander Lopez responded to a vehicle parked in a no-parking zone in front of headquarters. The officer realized that his previous call he was investigating was a hit and run and this vehicle matched the description with the reported visible damage. The driver Fidel Arenas Flores, 35, from Lakewood, N.J. was arrested for DWI and charged with the related offenses.
Officers John Ganley, and Alexander Lopez Detectives Michael Dennis Jr., and Matthew Richardson assisted in the investigation.
WANTED PERSON
June 15, 2024, at 2 a.m., Officer Richard Uriarte was in Ocean Avenue, when he observed Daniel Johnson, 31, from Long Branch, N.J. from previous encounters. Dispatch confirmed a county warrant and he was subsequently arrested.
DISORDERLY
June 16, 2024, at 11:30 p.m., At Maggie’s Restaurant/Bar, several officers were dispatched to respond to a fight call. Upon arrival, one of the individuals involved fled on foot. The officers spoke to some patrons and discovered that Diana Martinez-Valentine, 29, from Lakewood, N.J., was the aggressor. She was found, intoxicated and uncooperative, and was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
Officers Daniel Hourigan, Julian Guzman, Anthony D’Angelo, Gregory Cannon, and Richard Uriarte assisted in the investigation.
WANTED
June 16, 2024, at 9 p.m., Officers Paul McMillan and Joshua Gianoulis were on patrol and observed Moshe Almaliach, 19, from Lakewood, N.J. Dispatched confirmed an outstanding warrant for burglary, he was arrested, processed, and transported to OCJ.
